  • Health24.com says tea has anti-cancer potential and suggests that the benefits may be greater in green tea than in black. The article says, "The health benefits of tea, ranging from a lower risk of certain cancers to weight loss, and protection against Alzheimer's, have been linked to the polyphenol content of the tea."
  • GreenTeaLibrary.com article says that some mice studies are finding that green tea catechins may be good for the brain by preventing oxidative damage of brain cells.

In addition, there are many books in publication that explain the health benefits of green tea. One notable one is "Green Tea: The Natural Secrets for a Healthier Life" by Nadine Taylor who started the site GreenTeaLibrary.com.
